4 Minute Workout for a busy day

Just did this!  No joke I am sweating and very out of breath.

I had every intention of waking up at 6 am to do a full 20 min workout.... but after waking up with the kids about 5 ish time (Q woke up his own 5 times) I am wiped out.

Dosen't help that I am fighting a flu with everything I've got.... Oil of Oregano, Vit C , and Benalin Day.

Going for shower ;)

I just have to keep up some kind of workout because since I have started my job I have gotten busy and my bottom is getting squishy..... need to kick that in the butt!
